Flagstaff Friends of Traditional Music
was formed in the mid-80s and sponsor a variety of folk music venues and related events in the
Flagstaff area, including: the FFOTM Jam at the Applesauce Teahouse; the FFOTM Fiddle Tunes Jam
at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship; Charlys Open Mic;
FFOTM Contra Dances at Ashurst Hall, NAU; and "Pickin' in the Pines"; to name a few.
The Arizona Old Time Fiddlers Assoc.
is a non-profit organization whose objective is to preserve, promote and perpetuate the art of old time fiddling.
Grand Canyon Guitar Society
is a not-for-profit arts organization dedicated to the study, performance, and advancement of guitar in the
Northern Arizona region. They sponsor a variety of guitar concerts throughout the year.

Chuck Cheesman
is a singer/songwriter, and fingerstyle guitarist who has made Flagstaff his home.
He has recorded two CDs of original songs, and he is currently working on a second recording of children's music.
His recordings have received significant airplay on public radio folk shows across the country.
Terry Dumdei
Terry has been playing most of his life with about a dozen years experience playing in bar bands,
covering a variety of classic rock music and blues. He is an acoustic musician at heart, and has
written about twenty songs, many of which are instrumental and contemplative. He currently plays
venues around Flagstaff as a soloist as well as in a band. He is also a Studio Musician, offers Private
Instruction, and has Sound and Recording Engineer experience.
Nolan McKelvey
is a musician and song writer who has performed across the country such as the Newport Folk Festival (RI),
and the Fall Bluegrass Festival (AZ), just to name a few. And he has opened for
many well known performers like Bob Dylan, Greg Brown, Bela Fleck, and Jack Johnson.
Tony Norris
offers up stories, poems, historical accounts, tall tales, and songs in a tantalizing blend of education and entertainment.
Joan Wyatt
is a Country, Folk & Bluegrass performer with a strong singing voice and her own band.
Craig Yarbrough
is a talented classical guitarist (as well as other styles), originally from southern Louisiana, with
an education in classical guitar performance and a Masters of
Musical Arts degree. He is the President and Artistic Director of the Grand Canyon
Guitar Society (see above). Craig currently teaches guitar privately and at Coconino Community College,
and can be found in performance around Northern Arizona.
